Shipping

LUMEVORO offers complimentary insured Standard Shipping on orders to destinations available at checkout. If a destination is not available during checkout, email support@lumevoro.com before placing the order so we can review the address.

Prices are shown in GBP. Standard Shipping is currently configured as free at checkout for eligible destinations.

Orders usually require 1-3 business days for processing before dispatch. Typical transit time is 7-12 business days for the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, the European Union, and Australia, though remote areas, customs checks, holidays, and carrier delays may extend delivery time.

A tracking number is provided once the order ships. Large mirrors and cabinets may travel by oversized parcel or freight carrier, depending on the item and destination.

Delivery Address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Address changes can usually be requested within 12 hours of ordering, but orders cannot always be changed after fulfillment has started and cannot be redirected after dispatch.

Damage on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lumevoro.com with photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and order number. Keep all packaging until the case is reviewed.
